PML Solutions offers logistics services including but not limited to courier delivery, medical transport (NEMT), ecommerce logistics, legal document delivery, private jet rentals, warehousing, and temperature-controlled shipments.

5. Booking and Payment

All bookings must be confirmed by our team. Payment must be made using approved payment methods before or upon service delivery, as per the invoice issued. We reserve the right to cancel or delay service in case of non-payment or incomplete information.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations must be communicated at least 24 hours in advance. Refunds, if applicable, are processed based on the service level agreement and may be subject to cancellation fees.

• We are not responsible for damages caused by acts of God, delays due to traffic, or third-party actions.
• Customers are encouraged to purchase additional insurance for high-value items.
• Claims must be submitted in writing within 7 days of delivery.
